Our Community

Meet the Executive Director,
Cathy Patton

Cathy is a native Texan with a lifelong passion for serving seniors. For over 30 years, she has held a variety of leadership roles in senior healthcare, including practice administrator in an Internal Medicine practice, Director of Human Resources, Director of Business Management, and a Sales and Marketing Professional for several senior living communities. For the past decade, Cathy has excelled as an Executive Director, leading communities that offer Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care. Her work is defined by a deep commitment to the health, safety, and well-being of aging adults, helping them and their families navigate service options and lifestyle choices with compassion and expertise.

Cathy earned her Bachelor of Applied Arts and Sciences with a concentration in Healthcare Management from the University of Texas at Tyler, followed by an MBA with a specialization in Healthcare Management from the same institution. She also holds multiple professional certifications, including Certified Assisted Living Manager, Certified Food Safety Manager, and Certified Dementia Practitioner.

Outside of her professional life, Cathy treasures time with her husband, Greg. They have four adult children who are all married and have blessed them with seven grandchildren. They enjoy traveling, golfing, gardening, and cheering on their grandchildren in their many activities.
